Hay Fever Herbal Remedies
Hay fever is also known as pollinosis, seasonal allergic rhinitis and pollen allergy. It is basically an allergic condition. People with weak immune system are the easy victims of hay fever. You can use the juice of chamomile flower as eye drops to treat swollen or irritated eyes. You can also use chamomile herb (dried or fresh) for inhalation. For this boil chamomile in water and inhale the fumes of this water. It will help you get rid of sneezing, running nose and irritation in nose, ear and throat. Due to its anti-inflammatory and cooling properties, chamomile is very effective in treating hay fever.
